CAT 2009 Question Papers Download

IIMs experiment with technology has gone sour due to computer snag hitting the online conduct of CAT 2009 Exam. As per media reports, an unspecified number of centers in six cities reported server crash. The centers have asked students to book another time slot. The server crashed soon after the CAT examination began in Chennai, Kolkata, Bhopal, Bangalore, Mumbai and Pune, affecting large number students.

First day, flop show. Due to ‘overload’, a lot of centers have had to cancel the CAT 2009 Exam. This is a huge blow to the Prometric driven CAT 2009 undertaking.

This news has been carried across all prominent TV channels already. I am linking up some of the stories that have already gone online from the newspapers. I was able to give the exam today in Mumbai, but it was delayed by a couple of hours.

Soumitra Roy, Managing Director, India, Prometric says ”The CAT 2009 has certainly not been cancelled in any of the test centres. In fact, thousands of tests were successfully delivered in hundreds of test centres throughout India. To accommodate the maximum number of candidates, Prometric and IIMs delayed the start of the morning session by about half an hour.
